How can I track my package?
By Email
Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation email containing a tracking link will be sent to the email address associated with your account. By clicking on this link, you will be taken directly to your package tracking. Don't forget to check your spam folder if you cannot find this email.
From My Customer Account
To track your package, you can also log in to your Boospa customer account.
Once logged in, go to the "My Orders" section to view the details of your order.
There you will find all the relevant information, including the tracking link and the tracking number of your package.
Good to know:
- If your order has not been shipped yet, the tracking link will not be available. In this case, feel free to contact our customer service for more details.
- Generally, the tracking link for an in-stock item is available 1 to 2 business days after the order is placed.
