Delivery Methods

Once the payment of your order has been received and all the items that make up your order are available, your order will be prepared on the same day.
We do everything possible to ensure that orders placed before 12:00 are shipped the same day. Exceptionally, we may have to delay the preparation of your package for 24 hours. We apologize for this and thank you for your understanding.
The choice of the carrier does not influence the preparation time except for the DHL express, which means your order will undergo priority treatment during its preparation.
