Return Policy

• Time Frame: Returns must be made within a 14-day period following the receipt of the order.
• Product Condition: Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
• Any item that is damaged, shows signs of wear, installation, or use, has been in contact with water or chemicals, is incomplete, or has deteriorated original packaging will not be accepted for return, refund, or exchange. Custom-made items, such as tarps and covers, will not be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

• Return Request: Follow the return procedure via our FAQ.
• Approval: Once the request is approved, you will receive a return number along with return instructions.
• Shipping: Send the package to the provided address following the return instructions.
• Refund: After receiving and verifying the products, the refund will be made using the same payment method as the purchase.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of defective products or an error by Boospa.
