Step 3: Scheduling the visit with a technician
Once the preliminary diagnosis is complete, we’ll schedule a service date together with one of our qualified technicians located in your area.
Step 4: Preparing the spa for the visit
Before the scheduled visit, please prepare your spa by making sure the equipment is easily accessible for our technician. This will make the repair process smoother and more efficient.
Step 5: On-site spa repair
On the day of the appointment, our technician will come to your location to carry out the repair of your spa.
Step 6: Your spa is ready to use!
After the repair, your spa will be fully operational again. We’ll also provide maintenance tips to help ensure its long-term durability and proper function.
