Le produit n'était pas dans le colis. J'ai fait une réclamation associée à ma commande directement sur le site. Ma demande apparaissait dans la messagerie. Quelques jours plus tard, je ne la voyais plus. Pas un rappel, pas un e-mail de Boospa et...pas de livraison du bouchon pourtant qui a fait l'objet d'une réserve sur le bon de livraison
